It’s a fact, wiki’s are rockin’ the web, unfortunately they are usually ugly and confusing to use. Today WikiMedia, the engine behind the world famous Wikipedia, got a facelift! Heavily influenced by the awesome WordPress theme by Becca Wei, Dusk is a good blend of valid XHTML/CSS and twilight colors. Check out the Codex to see it in action, or untar it into the base of your wiki directory to use.

After being featured in the book “Linux Music and Sound” by Dave Phillips, development on VoodooTracker saddly dropped off. This was due to a lack of free time on my part after starting a family and beginning my career. Thankfully, development has picked up again with a major focus on rebuilding the project from the ground up to be cross platform. However, don’t expect VoodooTracker 2 anytime soon! I am currently working on overcoming issues involved in generating accurate sound on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. That said, the GUI is built and functioning on all three platforms.

Building on the ideas behind my previous project, GnomeRSVP, I have rewritten the core RSVP engine in the Mono (.NET) environment. The current preview release is compiled into a cross platform exe that can be run with mono under Linux or simply by double-clicking in Windows. It requires a minimum of the .NET and GTK# runtime.
Check out MindFire and let me know what you think!
Note: The is currently no config file saving between sessions and many planned features are missing or partially implimented. This is a preview release of core functionality only.
