Thanks to the creators of the Tao Framework for .NET, we now have a decent interface for generating high quality sound cross-platform. Tao opens a binding to the OpenAL library, which provide an excellent sound rendering infrastructure on Linux, Windows, and OSX. With this decision, development progress is speeding up on creating the next generation of VoodooTracker!
